Sarah realized years ago that the workplace industry meant more than just square footage. In 2014-2016 she got her master’s degree in organizational development to better support the human dynamics of real estate.
Beyond the home vs office debate: Sara’s admittedly tired of this debate. She believes there’s no one-size-fits-all answer. Rather, the real question to ask is whether companies are brave enough to forge a path that’s uniquely theirs — to “create that passion and pride and true connection to what you’re doing.”
