Jen Dennard is a founder of Range, an async communication tool used by teams to successfully transition to remote and hybrid work.
Prior to Range, Jen led the organization design team at Medium, deploying custom software and training to help scale the company. Before Medium, Jen partnered with startups and multinationals corporations to foster inclusion and improve their workplace culture. Jen holds an MA in Political Science from Princeton and a BA in Mathematics and Political Science from Vanderbilt.
She lives in Colorado with her husband and their two cats.

Larry Charlip, Vice President of Facilities Management and Corporate Real Estate, manages the global real estate portfolio and facilities operations for Take-Two Interactive. T2 and its subsidiaries operate 40+ offices and over 1 million square feet of office space in North America, Europe, Asia and Australia. Larry has more than 25 years of experience in facilities management and corporate real estate across multiple industries including commodities trading, pharmaceutical research, law firms, publishing and interactive entertainment. Larry has taken on many responsibilities at T2 over the past seven years. Prior to joining T2, Larry spent six years as Director, Facilities and Security at Wenner Media, publishers of Rolling Stone, Us Weekly and Men's Journal magazines.
I have a 16 year tenure in Commercial Real Estate having experience in integrated facilities management, commercial high rise property management, and management of people and teams. My primary skill sets lie in overseeing a broad portfolio including all financial and operational life cycle planning, establishing reliable and repeatable processes from the ground up, and building relationships with key stakeholders that drive action and decisions.
Jen Nguyen is Executive Vice President and Head of Workplace at RAISE (formerly HelloOffice), the technology-powered commercial real estate brokerage guiding companies through the future of work. Nguyen hails from Teamwerc, a Workplace as a Service company she founded with her partner and now EVP of RAISE Julija Costantino. Nguyen brings a breadth of workplace experience, boasting an extensive track record building hyper-growth, inclusive, and award-winning workplaces from their infancy through IPOs at companies such as Pinterest, Zynga, Tesla Motors, and SAP Successfactors.
Tracy D. Wymer, Vice President Workplace leads an investigative workplace team focused on client product applications. The work, in concert with Knoll Workplace Strategy team, focuses on the study of the workplace, understanding trends in the emerging workforce and the ability to translate those needs into specific plans and product applications. The approach specializes in discovering links between real estate strategies, theory, and practice. The emphasis is on understanding workplace performance goals and meeting them through tangible products, resources and information. Tracy is also a member of the Knoll product development team and oversees technical and media teams that provide specification, product, rendering and multimedia support for Knoll customers.
Devorah Rosner brings 20 years’ experience helping fast growth Silicon Valley tech companies build workplace foundations and prepare for scale. Leading all aspects of real estate and workplace for startups like New Relic and Rally Health, she has been responsible for acquiring, designing and operating over a million square feet, globally.
Devorah is passionate about creating workplaces that attract and retain great talent, represent the company brand, inspire collaboration and community, build solutions that scale and support all aspects of why we “go in” to the office. Mostly, though, she's a total geek when it comes to office furniture, and sustainability at work and… everywhere.
After more than two decades in San Francisco, in 2019 Devorah and her family moved to Atlanta, where she subsequently joined Twilio to run the Global Workplace Operations team. Reimagining the future of workplace during and post COVID invigorates her and keeps her up nights! Outside of work (and sometimes at work), she’s an amateur carpenter, an indie folk pop singer, a swing/blues dancer, a so-so ukelele player and sailor, and a proud wife and mom.
